I first picked up a camera in my early teenage years whilst spending time with my Grandfather watching planes in the school holidays. A passion for photography was soon realised and it quickly became a serious hobby. As my hobby progressed, it took me countrywide photographing events such as aviation, equestrian and motorsport. Clients soon built up and over time, requests started to come in for bookings at various events, this being the start of "Kerton Photographic". Progression was fast with the purchase of a marquee and onsite printing kit, providing competitors with prints to take away. This service is still very popular today, please feel free to contact me if you require an onsite printing service at your event.

In 2005 I secured a photographer position as a civilian contractor with Serco, in the Photographic Section at RAF College Cranwell. During my time at RAFC Cranwell, I photographed Prince William and Prince Charles during William's flight training, with images being supplied to Clarence house, as well as being distributed around the world. I also flew with 45(R) Sqn over Buckingham Palace, the task being to photograph The Queens birthday flypast from the air, a very rare opportunity to fly over London. Other tasks included fly ing air-air with other aircraft over landmarks such as Lincoln Cathedral and Belvoir Castle, as well as photographing new aircraft deliveries and providing imagery for pilot training. Daily tasks included photographing Officer cadets during their thirty week training course, providing cadet passport photos on day one, to photographing their graduation day and passing out parade at the end of their course. Cadet sports and physical training sessions were also photographed, sports such as football, rugby, athletics, track & field, swimming, cycling, hockey, basketball and equestrian events were captured. As time went on, I found himself becoming busier at weekends with freelance photography work, and also having to book days off during the week, to keep up with my private photography commissions. A decision was finally made and in 2009 when I left RAFC Cranwell to continue building Kerton Photographic.

Today I provide a full photography service to the  Corporate and Commercial industry, as well as working for various Sports agencies. Using the latest photographic technology, along with my 20 years experience and knowing what makes a strong image, I can provide live imagery to accompany live online reports at your event, vital for todays social media content. This ensures your online content captures your targeted audience.

I hold a full commercial drone pilots licence, perfect for capturing both still and aerial videography. Time-lapse projects, site builds, residential, estate imagery and structural surveys can easily be captured with the drone, making you build project, adverts, online social presence and portfolio stand out from the rest. I also work with The Press Association (PA Images), a worldwide News  Agency, covering many sporting events throughout the UK, providing images for national and international papers and web sites.

Feel free to contact me anytime with commission requests.
